Orange Glazed Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 fresh orange, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish
In a medium bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish, skin side up, and pour the glaze mixture evenly over them
Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, basting with sauce from the dish every 15 minutes, until the skin is caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Garnish with fresh orange slices before serving for a beautiful presentation
