Boneless chicken breast or thighs π
Fresh or frozen spinach (chopped) π₯¬
Garlic, ginger, onion π§π§
Garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander πΆοΈ
Heavy cream or coconut cream π₯₯
Tomato puree π
Cooked basmati rice π
Salt, pepper, oil, fresh cilantro πΏ
π³ Instructions:
SautΓ© onions, garlic, and ginger until golden, then stir in spices and tomato puree. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in cream and simmer. Add chicken pieces and let them simmer until cooked through and the sauce thickens. Serve warm over fluffy basmati rice and garnish with cilantro.

Swap chicken with tofu or paneer for a vegetarian version. For extra spice, toss in chopped chilies!
