Ingredients:
250g (1/2 lb) beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced thinly
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6-8 whole garlic cloves, peeled
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water (optional, for extra sauce)

Directions:
1. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, mix beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes to enhance tenderness.
2. Cook the beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté the garlic & peppers: In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and add whole garlic cloves. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add sliced green bell peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Combine & sauce: Return the cooked beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water (if needed). Stir-fry everything for 1-2 minutes until well coated and glossy.
5. Serve & enjoy: Transfer to a plate and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
