Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms (regular or mini)
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Sweeten the Mix: Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the bowl. Beat on low speed to avoid a sugar cloud, then increase the speed to medium-high until the sugars are fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract for an extra layer of flavor.
Add Texture: Gently fold in the quick oats to create a slightly chewy consistency. Next, mix in both types of chocolate chips, ensuring theyβre evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Colorful Finish: Stir in the M&Ms, reserving a small handful for garnish if desired. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up.
