Grilled Asian Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional, for heat)
2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce (if using).
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice the grilled chicken breasts and serve them over cooked rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Enjoy your delicious Grilled Asian Chicken!
