Ingredients:

Chicken breast, sliced thinly 🍗
Red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
Broccoli florets 🥦
Snap peas or snow peas
Green onions, chopped 🧅
Garlic, minced 🧄
Fresh ginger (optional)
Sauce
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Brown sugar or honey 🍯
Cornstarch (for thickening)
Water

Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet. Stir-fry the chicken until golden and mostly cooked. Add garlic and optional ginger, followed by broccoli, red bell peppers, and snap peas. Cook for a few minutes until veggies are tender-crisp. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweetener, water, and cornstarch. Pour the sauce into the pan, stir well until everything is coated and the sauce thickens slightly. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with rice or noodles!
Tips & Variations:
Swap chicken for tofu or beef strips. Add chili flakes for heat or use hoisin sauce for extra depth. A splash of lime juice adds a fresh twist!
