This creamy garlic butter seafood dish is rich, flavorful, and perfect over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread. 🍞✨

Ingredients
📌 For the Seafood:

½ lb scallops
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika

📌 For the Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup white wine (dry, like Sauvignon Blanc)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken or seafood broth
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Seafood:

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the scallops and shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear the scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the white wine, scraping up any bits from the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken/seafood broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Stir in spinach and tomatoes, simmering until the spinach wilts.
3️⃣ Combine & Serve:

Return the scallops and shrimp to the pan, letting them soak in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
