Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake 🍪🍦🍫
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate chip cookies, broken 🍪
1 quart cookies & cream ice cream, softened 🍨
1 cup hot fudge sauce 🍫
1/2 cup peanut butter cups, chopped 🥜
1/2 cup coconut flakes 🥥
1 cup whipped cream 🍦
1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
Directions:
1. Grab a deep dish and line it with wax paper to make it easy to remove later.
2. Press down a layer of those delicious broken cookie pieces to form the base.
3. Spread half of the softened cookies & cream ice cream over the cookie layer - time to get creamy!
4. Drizzle that rich hot fudge sauce all over and sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups for a tasty crunch.
5. Repeat the layers of cookie, ice cream, fudge, and peanut butter cups - this is going to be epic!
6. Pop it in the freezer for 4 hours to get all nice and solid.
7. Before serving, top with coconut flakes and fluffy whipped cream to make it extra special.
