- Crab or cooked shrimp
- Sesame seeds
- Nori strips
Soy Sauce and Wasabi for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the Sushi Rice:
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook the rice with water in a rice cooker or on the stovetop.
- In a small saucepan, heat the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Mix this into the cooked rice and let it cool.
2. Assemble the Sushi Cake:

- Repeat the layers until the bowl is filled, ending with a layer of sushi rice on top.
