Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry with Vegetables and
Cashews
An easy recipe, quick and full of irresistible flavors!
Perfect for a healthy meal
and delicious.
Ingredients:
450 g prawns (peeled and cleaned)
Salt and black to taste
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 large onion (in Juliana)
1 red pepper (stripes)
1 carrot (thinly sliced)
1 cup of broccoli (in flowers)
1/2 cup cashews (cashew nuts)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
Preparation:
Prepare the shrimp
Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
Cook the vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add onion, garlic, carrot, broccoli and red pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until they are tender but crispy.
Cook the shrimp
Add the other spoonful of oil and the shrimp.
Cook until pink (about 3 minutes per side).
Add the tinal touch
Add soy sauce, honey and grated ginger. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve up and enjoy
Add the cashews, mix well and serve hot.
Serve with rice or quinoa if you wish!
