- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Sear the Scallops:
