• 1½ cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp truffle oil
• 1 tbsp finely chopped cooked mushrooms

Water (to thin if needed)



🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
• Remove from skillet and keep warm.



2. Make the Garlic Mushroom Sauce
• In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
• Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are golden, about 5 minutes.
• Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until the sauce thickens slightly.
• Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.



3. Roast the Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Toss potatoes with olive oil, truffle oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.



4. Prepare the Garlic Rice
• Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

5. Make the Truffle-Mushroom Drizzle

• Add water a teaspoon at a time until it reaches a drizzleable consistency.



6. Assemble the Plate
• Plate the garlic-infused rice and place the chicken with its creamy mushroom sauce on top.
• Add truffle roasted potatoes on the side.
• Drizzle the truffle-mushroom garlic cream over the dish.
