🇮🇹 Mushroom Risotto
Creamy and flavorful, mushroom risotto is made with arborio rice, sautéed mushrooms, broth, and Parmesan. It’s rich, earthy, and comforting.
Ingredients:
• Arborio rice
• Mushrooms, sliced
• Vegetable or chicken broth
• Onion, finely chopped
• Garlic, minced
• White wine
• Parmesan cheese
• Olive oil
• Butter
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil and butter.
2️⃣ • Add mushrooms and cook until golden.
3️⃣ • Stir in arborio rice and toast for 1 minute.
4️⃣ • Pour in white wine and let absorb.
5️⃣ • Gradually add warm broth, stirring constantly until creamy.
6️⃣ • Finish with Parmesan cheese and butter.
