My version of #Satay Sauce
This is very easy recipe for you to try.
Goes great with skewers, summer rolls, tofu, or rice noodles.
Recipe:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 lime- juice
2 tbsps red curry paste
1 tsp honey or sugar
1/4 cup warm water
Steps:
Boiled first the coconut milk in a pan. Then, Mix all ingredients in. Ready to use. Enjoy!
Optional garnish: chopped peanuts, chili flakes, sesame seeds
Note:
stores very well in a canning jar/airtight container for 3 days in the refrigerator.
