Cheesy Beef Burrito
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa or diced tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Large flour tortillas
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Mix in the cooked rice and salsa; let it heat for 2–3 minutes.
Lay a tortilla flat, then add a layer of beef and rice mixture, shredded cheese, and a spoonful of sour cream.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito.
Heat a pan or grill and toast each side until golden brown and crispy.
Slice and serve hot with extra sour cream or salsa on the side.
