Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions:
Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and milk over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to boil.
Boil for exactly 2 1/2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Quickly stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Cut into squares and serve.
