Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
For the Creamy Lemon Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
