Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside. 🥩🔥
In the same skillet, add sesame oil and chicken cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and half the garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside. 🍗🍳
