1 medium onion, chopped 🧅
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
400g canned crushed tomatoes 🍅
1 tsp paprika 🌶
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
100 ml chicken broth 🥣

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season drumsticks with salt and pepper and brown on all sides (about 8 minutes total), then set aside.
