Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Rolls
Ingredients:
Vanilla sandwich cookies
Unsalted butter
Cream cheese
Powdered sugar
Vanilla extract
Heavy cream
Fresh strawberries
Strawberry preserves
White chocolate chips
Instructions:
Prepare "Sushi Rice" Base:
Crush cookies in a food processor.
Mix in melted butter until mixture has the consistency of wet sand.
Press cookie mixture into a thin, even layer on parchment paper.
