Easy Potsticker Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Mix the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sugar dissolves and everything is well mixed.
Taste & Adjust:
Give it a taste and tweak to your liking—add more vinegar for tang, more sugar for sweetness, or more pepper flakes if you like heat.
Serve or Store:
Use immediately as a dipping sauce for potstickers, dumplings, or egg rolls. Or, store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes:
For extra flavor, try adding minced garlic, ginger, or chopped green onions.
Love heat? Swap red pepper flakes for diced chili or a dash of sriracha.
Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) adds an authentic twist if available.
