Candy-topped ice cream cake 🍰
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Ice Cream Filling:
1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup candy pieces (such as chopped chocolate bars, peanut butter cups, or your favorite candy mix)
For the Toppings:
1/2 cup M&M’s
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup chopped chocolate bars
Assorted candies of your choice (such as gummy candies, peanut butter cups, etc.)
Instructions:
Prepare the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze the crust for about 15 minutes.
Add the ice cream filling: Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust. Stir in the candy pieces to distribute them evenly throughout the ice cream. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
Decorate with toppings: Once the ice cream is firm, top the cake with an assortment of M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, chopped chocolate bars, and other candies of your choice.
