Chicken Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, white rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
4. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
