This is a staple in my fridge. I slice Granny Smith apples into a large bowl, sprinkle a little Stevia, cinnamon, fresh nutmeg,and a little bit of cloves. Mix it up and put it into a glass Pyrex bowl,microwave for about five minutes. I keep it in the fridge and use it to top weight watcher angel food cake or add a little Cool Whip to it, sometimes I put it on toast with a little peanut butter. Lots of ways to use it and No Points!
