🥩 Risotto con Salsiccia
A rich risotto flavored with Italian sausage.
Ingredients
• Arborio rice: 1 cup (200 g)
• Chicken or vegetable broth: 4 cups (1 L)
• Italian sausage: 1 cup, crumbled
• Onion: 1, chopped
• White wine: ½ cup (120 ml)
• Butter: 3 tbsp
• Parmesan cheese: ½ cup (50 g)
• Olive oil: 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ • Sauté sausage in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ • In same pan, cook onion in butter until soft.
3️⃣ • Add rice, toast 2 minutes, then pour in white wine.
4️⃣ • Gradually stir in broth until rice is creamy.
5️⃣ • Return sausage to pan and mix well.
6️⃣ • Finish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
