1/2 cup mixed olives (green & kalamata) 🫒

Fresh lemon wedges 🍋

Extra parsley for garnish 🌿

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt 🥛

1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed 🥒

1 garlic clove, minced 🧄

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 tsp lemon juice 🍋

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley 🌿

Salt to taste 🧂

🔥 Instructions:
In a bowl, combine ground chicken with onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then shape into small meatballs.
