Ingredients:
2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional) 🌿
Directions:
Prep the Steak:
Use paper towels to pat the steak cubes dry. This helps get a better sear and enhances the flavor. 🔥
Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. 🧄🥣
Add to Crockpot:
Place the steak cubes in the crockpot and pour the marinade over them. Stir gently to make sure all the meat is evenly coated. 🥩💦
Top with Butter:
Scatter the butter pieces over the steak for a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture. 🧈✨
Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the steak bites are tender and full of flavor. ⏲️
Serve and Enjoy:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley if you'd like, and serve warm. These steak bites are great on mashed potatoes, rice, or enjoyed straight from the bowl! 😍🍽️
