Beef with Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
1 cup snap peas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving

1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with cornstarch, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the oyster sauce and beef broth. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
