Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles ππ₯
A creamy, spicy noodle dish with a hint of sweetness and crunch.
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) rice noodles or spaghetti
1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup warm water
Chopped peanuts, green onions, and red chili slices for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and water until smooth.
Combine: Toss the noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped peanuts, green onions, and red chili slices.
