Spicy Peanut Noodles ππΆοΈ
Creamy peanut butter with a chili kick on slurp-worthy noodles.
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) rice noodles
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup hot water
Chopped peanuts and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Cook Noodles: Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.
Make Sauce: Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, lime juice, and hot water until smooth.
Combine: Toss noodles with sauce and garnish with peanuts and green onions.
