Best Restaurant Style Sauces- you can make at home
These are my homemade recipes, tried and tested based on my family’s experience. I always use low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos.
YUM YUM SAUCE:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
SATAY SAUCE:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 lime- juiced
1 tsp brown sugar
DUCK SAUCE:
1 cup apricot jam
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon chili sauce
ORANGE SAUCE:
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water plus 1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
