Chicken Noodle Bowl with Peanut-Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Noodles:
8 ounces ramen noodles
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
For the Chicken:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Peanut-Ginger Sauce:
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water
For the Toppings:
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles: Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
Cook the Chicken: Grill or pan-sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Peanut-Ginger Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and water.
Assemble the Bowls: Divide noodles among bowls. Top with chicken, peanut-ginger sauce, green onions, and roasted peanuts.
Tips:
For a spicier sauce, add more red pepper flakes.
You can use different types of noodles, such as rice noodles or soba noodles.
Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as stir-fried vegetables or a side salad.
