- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth, taking about 2–3 minutes.
2. Remove the mixture from heat and add the vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
3. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and crispy rice cereal. Pour the warm peanut butter blend over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well-coated.
4. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper and firmly press the mixture into the pan, smoothing the top with a spatula for an even finish.
