Corn Chex Clusters
A classic and delicious snack that's easy to make!
Ingredients:
6 cups Corn Chex cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each.
Combine with Corn Chex: Add Corn Chex cereal, honey, and chopped peanuts to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
Drop onto baking sheet: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.

Tips:
You can substitute other types of cereal, such as Rice Chex or Chex Mix.
For a nut-free version, omit the peanuts.
